Z.N.Cobb Builders, and Zach Cobb personally assisted my company in the complete dis assembly, re-design, and reconstruction of a large 17x17 historical tobacco barn at its neighboring property in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. The project in its complexity took approximately 8 months to complete, commencing in the spring of 2013 and being completed in late summer 2013.

We recently had a 24’X24’ outbuilding built for us by Z.N.Cobb Builders. Zach and his associates erected the building quickly and to the highest standards. He always started on time and when he finished for the day left the work area in pristine condition. We live close to lots of relatives and therefore had lots of observers and opinions. To a person, they all remarked about how much detail, precision and quality was put into the building. They as well as ourselves felt it was a first-class job for a reasonable price. We will use Zach for any future construction projects that might arise.

I employed Zach Cobb of Z.N.Cobb Builders to build a pole barn of 24'x30' dimensions. Upon meeting with Zach and agreeing to the terms, time frame, materials and site requirements, we entered into a contractual agreement to construct the barn.
I had a strong visual in mind after performing extensive research and it included some accouterments moderately out of the ordinary. I met Zach on the site and reviewed my vision and felt confident he was clear on what I was looking for. He offered some detailed insights from construction/engineering points of view that were very helpful.
Zach provided a detailed concise quote with a professional breakdown on the materials, costs, payments etc. I found his work to be of high quality, he left the site in good order and communicated weekly throughout the building process by phone and sent pictures of progress. Zach was contacted by me for an estimate to convert a Pole Barn into a Horse Barn. He was very professional and impressed us immediately with his knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. I obtained other quotes for the same project; but, contracted Zach due to his professionalism, proposal and price. Zach followed thru with everything he proposed - he stayed on scheduled and was responsive to our "additional" request (larger windows/insulation in Feed Room, etc).
